Please note the the event is occurring on an actively used airfield. Even though it will be closed for commercial & public use, by law at least one runway must remain in active status in case of emergencies. In this case it will be Runway 25. The main runway.
During the event if ATC informs us that a plane is declaring an emergency and air raid siren will be broadcasted across the PA system along with instructions to evacuate to the blue zone within 5 minutes time. All cars must be parked in the green zone and clear of the runway which will now be considered a red zone and no non essential personal are allowed in the red zone.
It is essential to follow intructions from LSFD, LSPD and the ones broadcasted by Gruppe 6 over the PA system.
All guests are requested to remain in the blue zone until the LSPD, LSSD and LSFD give the all clear. Considering the nature the emergency there is a possibility that runway 25 might be closed for the rest of the event duration. In this case only the concert will continue.
The orange zone is FD treatment Ward, this area needs to be completely clear of all personel to allow them to easily be able to get patients in and out during the emergency.
